6. Can someone be with me during the test?

Yes, a family member, carer or friend is welcome to be present. It’s often helpful for communication and peace of mind.

7. How long does a home eye test take?

The average home eye test lasts about 30 to 45 minutes. We take our time to ensure comfort, clarity, and a thorough examination.

10. What happens after the appointment?

  • If you need glasses, we’ll deliver and fit them in person
